I'm a self taught resin artist. My favourite obsession is the ocean. Looking at it, playing in it, standing on a board on top of it, or recreating the beauty of the blues, greens, and bubbly whites can't be beat. I'm pretty sure I am really a misplaced tropical human. I love basically anything that has to do with Hawaii, palm trees, pineapple, hibiscus, and warm everything. With our winters a beach escape, even if on canvas, is sometimes much required.
I love the freedom fluid art gives you. Being able to create something with out having any say in how it ends up is both a rush and terrifying at the same time. Resin is an awesome medium for that as there are so many things you can do & it will surprise you each time you do it. Plus it gives you this fantastic finish & the colours are out of this world.
